Birthdays

We invite our lesson students and campers to come celebrate your next birthday party at our beautiful farm with our horses! If you're not already a part of the H&H and Hive family and are interested in a birthday party, we invite you to fill out a request form, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Birthdays are 2-hours long and are hosted by one of our qualified instructors and can include the following: 

  • An Introduction to Horses
  • Arts & Crafts
  • Pony Rides
  • Scavenger Hunts
  • And More!
You bring the guests, food and beverages and we will take care of the other details. 

Birthday parties are limited to 10 children, with 1 parent or guardian allowed to accompany each child who is attending as a guest of the birthday girl or boy.

  • Birthday Party Hosting Agreement Consent

    Please read the outlined policy below.

  • 10 children or less for a 2-hour party is $500, includes instructed horse rides, craft time, and 1 instructor and helpers, you may set up 30 mins before the party and must clean up after the party.

    Parties include:
    -Scavenger hunt, allow you to meet our horses and ponies up close and participate in fun and informative age appropriate discussion on colors, markings, breed and horsey facts
    -Candy Search, Children search for wrapped candies in our hay, candy provided

    In accepting this contract, you acknowledge the following:
    1. Set up and clean up time is 30 mins before the designated party time. No balloons at the party area (you may put balloons at the mailbox at the end of the driveway)
    2. Parties are limited to 10 children. Only one parent/guardian may attend with each party guest.
    3. Liability forms must be signed prior to party and before use of any horses
    4. Helmets must always be worn when riding any Pony or Horse (helmets provided)
    5. Parking, please only park in parking area, never on the grass
    6. Children must be controlled and kept in designated party area
    7. Running, screaming, and unruly behavior is not allowed, you could be asked to leave
    8. Please do not feed any of the horses
    9. Deposit must be made 2 weeks prior to the party, and balance paid the day of the party
    10. Please be aware of participants' allergies. Horse & Hive, LLC is not held responsible for any allergies, such as bee’s and nuts, and recommends having Benadryl and/or an EpiPen available
